Dave deCourcelle is the founder of The Growth Fountain, a strategic marketing consultancy for high-growth SaaS startups. As a dynamic business leader, he brings a wealth of expertise across B2B and B2C digital marketing, product marketing, account management, and business development, with a particular focus on startups and growth-stage ventures.

With over a decade of experience in the media and marketing industry, Dave has worked with a portfolio of global brands including NBCUniversal, Warner Bros, History Channel, Lufthansa, Campbell's, Toyota, and pharmaceutical giants such as AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk, and Gilead Sciences. He is also a key contributor to the development of several industry networking organizations and was an early member of the Product Marketing Alliance.

Before founding The Growth Fountain, Dave was a driving force behind Playa, a joint venture between Fullscreen and WPP, leading global influencer marketing initiatives. After Playa's acquisition by AT&T, he shifted his focus to emerging tech, where he played an instrumental role in launching LABER, a marketplace that connected contractors and field workers across the U.S., propelling the app to #1 in the App Store within six months.

Dave is also deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs, coaching and mentoring founders through various venture accelerator programs.
